How are you? I’m live in Osaka now.
It’s getting cold rapidly, please care of your physical condition.
Anyway, I would like to introduce you a special event in Nara city.
It’s a “Exhibition of Shoso-in Treasures” at Nara National Museam(near Kintetsu Nara Station)-25 October – 10 November .
You can see Japanese Emperor’s treasures about 1300 years ago.
Study abroad students can see that by free on 4 November(needs something that proof the students(Students ID etc).
If you have a friend who came from another countries, study at University and intersted in Japanese culture, please introduce it.
If someone go there, please tell that
“This exhabition is so popular, so even week-day, you have to wait over 1 hour to enter the museum・・・”
If you needs more information about this, please send me a e-mail.
Thank you for the news about such a seasonal, and traditional event in Nara. Have you already been there?
Please give us your report when you visit there!
Actually I’ve never been any of the fascinating events in Nara for a while, like those famous museum’s’ seasonal ones or, for instance Touka-e in the summer time. I think I should visit such a historical or traditional places and get to know more about the appealing points of living in Nara.
However most of our students are more knowledgeable about history and culture. They must enjoy visiting such an event in this high season.
Anyway I’m very happy that you keep in touch with us.
